Heintz 'Swan Clone' Pinot Noir - Sonoma Coast ... from one of California's most vaunted vineyards comes a rare 'library' offering - a 2016 vintage Pinot retaining its fruit whilst bringing more complex and mysterious Phase II qualities to the nose and palate.  We tasted it and bought them out!!

Nottingham 'CdV' Red - Here is DARKNESS in your glass, blaming Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah - all Livermore Valley-grown.  A nice 'impact' red!

Sempre Vive Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley ... Single Vineyard (Calistoga) Cabernet that pleases them all.  This is the real thing.

Page Mill Tempranillo - Livermore Valley ... Dane Stark has nailed the variety here.  I'm very reminded of good examples from Rioja and Ribera del Duero, Spain!

Madison 'Dulcinea' - Tony and Jen Delumen are bound and determined to represent a sense of the Rhône here in Livermore, and this (nearly) all-estate-grown GSM blend is a delicious indication!

l'Ache Perlée Blanc de Blancs Brut - A Sauternes producer in Bordeaux makes this bright, dry bubbly from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon and the dosage is - uniquely - his own Sauternes!  A rare find in the sparkling world.  Vibrant.  Delicious.

Grande Papale Chateauneuf-du-Pape - This 12-bottle collection is NOT bargain basement stuffe, as the inclusion of this great red attests!

Clavel 'Les Garrigues' Red - Languedoc, Franc ... Here is a sense of the Southern Rhône, from west of there.  Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan aged entirely in concrete vat for 13 months.  A solid bistro-style red!

Domaine de la Denante - Macon, France ... So many of you have gravitated to (ascended to?) the White Burgundy category that we'd better include one here.  A lovely value for the type!
