We generally take no more than 1-2 days to process an order (if we have it in stock) and once shipped, your order should be there within 2 business days.

By law, all shipments of alcohol in the United States must be signed for by a 21+ year old adult. Shipping companies are unable to leave shipments of wine at your doorstep. For this reason, a business address is recommended.

Depending on weather conditions, we may opt to hold your order until such time as it's safe to send the order without risk of the contents being damaged due to weather.

Note that once we hand off your order to the shipping company, they are responsible for the contents arriving safely. Please reach out to the shipping company if you received a damaged item. If there is damage due to poor packaging (not common), give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Currently, we only ship to California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.

We do our best to describe our wines and products faithfully and accurately. If we have made an error, or if something is wrong with products you've received from us, please contact us immediately at wine@thewinesteward.com or (925) 600-9463. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as best we can. We will always work to correct errors made on our part. Note that for damages occurring during delivery must be addressed with the delivery company (usually GSO or UPS). We cannot take responsibility for damages during transit by a contracted delivery company. We will do our best to help facilitate a positive resolution.
