WINE 101 - TWS Style!

It's a great time of year to go back to start, to recalibrate, to remind ourselves of what we may have forgotten . . . so why not gather to listen, sip, learn, discuss and enjoy a Wine 101 Class . . . with GOOD wine?!!

Perhaps you have a friend - or a 21+ son or daughter - with whom you'd share this experience?  We want the format to be conversational, but also plan to address important topics such as the importance of good stemware, the meaning of "natural" and the misinformation surrounding the subject, the value (and disadvantage) of "blind" tasting, and so on!

We promise to keep it fun . . . and delicious!
