Great Service (if not great hair): A TWS Specialty
Our SIX Wine Clubs
EVERYONE'S got a wine club these days, right?
How are we different?
VARIETY: You're not getting the same winery's stuff every month, but a wide array of very good, small-production, thoughtfully-made things; carefully chosen by our picky palates.
LOCAL: If you live in the Tri-Valley area you know how rare a place like TWS is, and your participation in this local, family-owned business won't go unnoticed . . .
RECIPROCAL: We gratefully thank you for your membership with a 10% discount off all you buy and taste here. Obviously, we'd like to sell you some great wine!!
NOTES: When we hand you two bottles you've never heard of we also provide written insight: Background and food pairing recommendations in the form of our personally composed wine notes.
SPECIAL EVENTS: We put on some really cool "Club -Only" events each year, and your membership gets you invited!

Would you like to give your group a sit-down, class-style wine tasting - just for them? Shall we go to Spain? Italy? France? Compare "Old World" with "New World," perhaps?
OR - (a more common choice) How about lounging around with your colleagues/family/friends while we more "passively" provide great wine and nibbles to go along?
OR - how big is your group? - you could have both floors of a really cool, maneuverable wine shop for the evening, with several designated tasting stations! We can take good care of about 200 of you that way!
Short Story: Let's talk. Let's give your group their own customized wine time at The Wine Steward! We have the space. We have the knowledgeable and helpful staff. - And we obviously have the great wine!!
NOW or NEVER Opportunities!
We've found you a Cab Franc that NAILS IT for 27.99 per bottle (before discount). It's sold no where else in California. It's the kind of thing we find for you at TWS. Please inquire.
We've found you a Carmenere from Chile demonstrating eccentricity under control. 2014 San Elias is true to "The Lost Bordeaux Grape" while remaining deliciously popular for the red wine-loving crowd. We are among few in California with this tasty gem, selling it for 9.99 per bottle. Our wine club members get it for 8.99. While it lasts we'll sell ANYONE a whole case of it for 7.99 per bottle!
We've found you something nearby: Have you heard of Domaine des Plus-de-Vie Mourvedre? Only 188 cases were made, entirely of Livermore Valley-grown grapes. We had a lot to do with its design, mandating a more restrained style. Grenache and Syrah also contribute, and the wine was fermented with ambient yeasts and never saw new oak. This is thoughtful, local stuffe!
Keep an eye on this ever-changing list of "Grab Now or You'll be Sorry" wines. We aim to keep it fresh with our newest, small production finds!
