The name ”Robiola” used for many cheeses that are made in the Piemonte and Lombardia regions of Northern Italy. This Cheese is called Robila Bosina. It is a creamy square shaped cheese made with both cow and sheep milk. Serve after letting it sit at room tempture for at least 30 minutes.
Made in the Southern part of the Langhe, called the “Alta Langa”. The Langhe is a beautiful wine growing area below the city of Turin, relatively unknown outside of Italy. You will now this region for Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbera. So when in Alta Langa do as they do and pair with a wonderful wines from this area.
