WINES OF THE OLD WORLD 6-CLASS SERIES
Every Tuesday March 17 to April 21 - 6:30 pm
Limited to 30 Attendees
$200 per person
(This series is purchased only as a whole)
Inspired by a course recently given at Las Positas Community College, this shorter version enjoys The Wine Steward’s “advantage” of accessing a great wine shop full of wine for its curriculum! Classes start at 6:30 and provide roughly two hours of instruction on the respective topic, inspired by about eight different tastes of wine.
Students are expected to own a copy of The Wine Bible (2nd Edition) by Karen McNeil and perform the assigned reading previous to each class. Additionally, students are required to bring their own 3-glass tasting set from Riedel’s restaurant series to each class. The Wine Steward will offer a special $30 (including tax) for these three stems.
