2012 Henriot 'Millésime' Brut Champagne

This single-vintage beauty remained on its lees for over eight years and shows it with the richness of "time" along with a strikingly-youthful vibrancy.  All Grand Cru and Premier Cru fruit was employed in this approximately half-and-half Pinot Noir / Chardonnay.
