Our Return Policy

We do our best to describe our wines and products faithfully and accurately. If we have made an error, or if something is wrong with products you've received from us, please contact us immediately at wine@thewinesteward.com or (925) 600-9463. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as best we can. We will always work to correct errors made on our part. 

Note that for damages occurring during delivery must be addressed with the delivery company (usually GSO or UPS). We cannot take responsibility for damages during transit by a contracted delivery company. We will do our best to help facilitate a positive resolution.
