We will review the issue and work to resolve it as best we can. We will always work to correct errors made on our part.
Note that for damages occurring during delivery must be addressed with the delivery company (usually GSO or UPS). We cannot take responsibility for damages during transit by a contracted delivery company. We will do our best to help facilitate a positive resolution.
