Cox Orange Pippin apples are hand-picked, pressed, slow fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the true character of this legendary apple. Not cutting any corners, each bottle was aged in tirage for more than 14 months, and then racked, riddled and disgorged in the traditional champagne method.
This is a classic English apple variety regarded by many to be the finest of all dessert apples. Its legendary complex aromatic flavors are multi dimensional containing a range of subtle aromas of pear, melon, freshly-squeezed Florida orange juice and mango making this unique apple the benchmark against which all others are measured.
