THE DIFFERENCE a GLASS CAN MAKE!

You could call this a "Riedel Stemware Seminar" but it's a bit more elaborate (and delicious) than that, since The Wine Steward will run THIS show.  You'll be seated before five glasses of various shapes and sizes, and we'll get to work with discovering how the same wine reacts differently in each. 

This will happen a bit "formally" with 4 wines, then we'll loosen up; trying at least 7 more wines with just a little coaching from us as to where each might belong.  You can move those wines from glass to glass per your individual curiosity; sniffing, sipping, wondering, and casually discussing - and perhaps occasionally disagreeing about which particular glass is "best" for that particular wine!

Beyond the lesson of The Difference a Glass Can Make, we will indulge in lots of world class vino!
